Having worked in the public sector for over 20 years, I have gained substantial experience & knowledge in helping others achieving their goals and managing stress through one to one coaching and mentoring. In 2017 I completed Practitioner Training in Neuro Linguistic Programming, which hugely impacted on me personally and sparked my interest in gaining more knowledge; not only to enhance my own life but that of others.
