As the self-confessed nerd of the team my passion is helping people understand their brain, and to do so means understanding the body! Most of us were never taught about brain health at school so we don’t know how the foods and drink we consume, or the products we put on our skin, can directly affect our anxiety levels, influence depression and even prevent us from letting go of the past. Such emotions are normally attributed to mental health, not brain health, yet these two concepts are vastly different. My goal is to use my experience as a qualified trainer to share the knowledge and skills of holistic, complementary health so you can feel confident about managing your own brain health and truly change the way you approach, and manage, your emotions.
