While meditation practice is certainly gaining pace (and rightly so), we make sure we start and finish each day with guided mediation practice and (weather permitting) while grounding.

For those new to mindfulness and meditation we have a wonderful tool that will show you when you have brought your heart and mind into 'coherence', which is the fancy term for your heart, mind and emotions working in harmony. Perfect for those of you are learning to trust your intuition but need to satisfy that logical brain!
