This year we have the absolute privilege of having one of the UKs leading body movement specialists on board. Mark, the founder of 360 Movement Clinic, will be starting each morning with a light movement class to stimulate the mind and body. If you suffer from any pain or movement problems please let us know in the box below, and we will be sure to keep this in mind to maximise your safety and enjoyment.
